WBLS/Hot 97 'Christmas In Brooklyn' Concert

EMMIS COMMUNICATIONS/NEW YORK Urban AC WBLS (107.5) and Top 40/Rhythmic WQHT (HOT 97) are putting on the premier concert of the holiday season, "CHRISTMAS IN BROOKLYN."

VP/GM DEON LEVINGSTON said, "CHRISTMAS IN BROOKLYN" brings together two world renowned stations with two legendary acts in Hip Hop as well as new artists we've come to love.  As we come off the highly successful 10th Anniversary of "CIRCLE OF SISTERS" and begin to prep for HOT 97's "SUMMER JAM", EMMIS NEW YORK remains committed to providing our listeners with the chance to see their favorite artists.  Many of whose careers began on WBLS and continue to excel on HOT 97."

Artist scheduled to perform include RUN DMC, Rapper/Actor LL COOL J featuring DJ Z-TRIP, and LECRAE.  Tickets go on sale MONDAY NOVEMBER 10th.  The concert will be held at BARCLAYS CENTER on FRIDAY DECEMBER 19th.
