The MONTANA RADIO COMPANY has launched two new radio stations serving CENTRAL MONTANA. BIG STACK 103.9 signed on with “Classic Rock on the Falls” while MO LEGENDS AT 96.3 hit the air with “Country’s Greatest Hits.”
“We are very excited about both stations as they fill out our four-station roster of stations serving GREAT FALLS," CEO KEVIN TERRY said. "BIG STACK 103.9 is not only a true Classic Rock station that plays rock’s icons from the '70s and '80s like LED ZEPPELIN, ROLLING STONES, AC/DC, THE WHO, PINK FLOYD, DEF LEPPARD, EAGLES, BOSTON and more, but it also brings a new type of morning show to GREAT FALLS. The nationally syndicated BOB & TOM Show airs mornings from 5-9 with its fun and edgy sense of humor, engaging conversation, and celebrity guest roster. It brings the feel of late night TV to morning radio with the largest cast and creative crew in the business.
“Today’s Country music is entering new territory," TERRY noted about MO LEGENDS. "Artists like FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE, LUKE BRYAN, MIRANDA LAMBERT and JASON ALDEAN are hugely popular and listeners of our flagship station, 107 THE MIGHTY MO, can’t get enough of them. At the same time, longtime Country fans have been yearning to hear more of country’s hits of yesterday. We have found that it is tough to satisfy both audiences on a single station. MO LEGENDS at 96.3 plays ‘Country’s Greatest Hits’ from the likes of GEORGE STRAIT, WILLIE NELSON, ALABAMA, PATSY CLINE, CLINT BLACK, JOHNNY CASH, THE JUDDS, MERLE HAGGARD, REBA MCENTIRE and more. MO LEGENDS At 96.3 salutes these artists that have, until now, mostly been relegated to only being heard on AM radio.”
The MONTANA RADIO COMPANY is in the process of hiring GREAT FALLS on-air talent for the stations in addition to expanding its advertising sales team. Applications are being accepted at jobs@montanaradio.com.
