CHAPARRAL BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Adult Hits KBXI (MOJO 92.5)/PARK CITY-BILLINGS, MT to KURTIS ANTHONY BREUNIG's ANTHONY MEDIA INC. for $650,000 plus a bonus of 20% of the excess sale price if the station is resold for more than $650,000 within five years of closing. ANTHONY (air talent KURT ANTHONY) operates the station under a time brokerage agreement in effect since 2010.
In other filings with the FCC, INSPIRATIONAL DELIVERANCE CENTER, INC. is selling Gospel WADE-A/WADESBORO, NC to NEW LIFE COMMUNITY TEMPLE OF FAITH, INC. for $10 plus an LMA before closing.
WEST VIRGINIA EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING AUTHORITY has requested a Silent STA for WVWS/WEBSTER SPRINGS, WV during tower maintenance.
HISPANIC TARGET MEDIA, INC. has filed for a Silent STA for KHMQ/KING CITY, CA due to a bent dipole on the antenna of the newly-launched station discovered when the station signed on SEPTEMBER 20th.
FIFE COMMUNICATION COMPANY, L.L.C. is asking for a Silent STA for K286CI/WAVERLY, IA while it negotiates with its tower owner.
