Charlamagne Has New MTV2 Project

PREMIERE NETWORKS/iHEARTMEDIA Urban WWPR (POWER 105.1)/NEW YORK BREAKFAST CLUB personality CHARLAMAGNE THA GOD is adding to his already impressive resume, reports ALLHIPHOP.COM.

Besides appearing on MTV2's "GUY CODE," he will now be hosting his own show on the network, "UNCOMMON SENSE WITH CHARLAMAGNE."  The pilot will consist of a panel of comedians debating and wisecracking over social media inspired news.

The show is being jumped started by TV Producer/Development Exec. RICHARD KORSON.  He played a major role in putting together several COMEDY CENTRAL shows including "THE DAILY SHOW WITH JON STEWART" and "THE COLBERT REPORT."

Last year CHARLAMAGNE had a similar pilot on MTV2, "CHARLAMAGNE & FRIENDS."
