Phil Manning
Former long-time Alternative PD PHIL MANNING joins CBS Triple A WXRT/CHICAGO as AE.
MANNING relocates from PHOENIX, where he was last programming at BONNEVILLE Adult Hits KPKX (98.7 THE PEAK). He started his radio career in the late-80s as a programming intern at WXRT.
