AJ's Kids Crane Gathers Toys For Kids

AJ'S KIDS CRANE  – the annual toy drive for RADY CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL created by CBS RADIO Top 40/Mainstream KEGY (ENERGY 103.7)/SAN DIEGO personalities AJ MACHADO and HULA RAMONS is nearing the goal of 100,000-plus toys and monetary donations and is expected to come down from the 30-foot crane tomorrow evening.

AJ’S KIDS CRANE is on task to meet its goal early with major help from LEGOLAND CALIFORNIA RESORT, which graciously donated 20,000 LEGO LEGENDS OF CHIMA SPEEDORZ. 

“It is our honor to make the first donation to AJ’S KIDS CRANE this year,” said LEGOLAND Partnership and Promotions Manager HEATHER MOYER. “LEGO LEGENDS OF CHIMA WATER PARK PRESENTED BY CARTOON NETWORK opened this summer and was so popular with our guests, we thought it would be cool to bring a CHIMA toy to all the children at RADY CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL to support ENERGY 103.7 in this awesome quest!”

ENERGY 103.7 morning show host, AJ MACHADO says “Once again the people of SAN DIEGO rallied to support the young heroes at RADY CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL. The toys and money that were donated will help stock up the hospital for all of 2015!! We are so excited to have had our best year ever and we are already looking forward to doing it again next year! But first...I'm going home to take a shower!!”

AJ show producer and on-air personality HULA RAMONS added “SAN DIEGO, you have done it again and in a huge way!  Thanks to everyone who has supported AJ'S KIDS CRANE this year including our sponsors, all the business that have donated. We can't do it without you!”
