GULF COAST BROADCASTING CO., INC. is selling Gospel WDXZ-A (REJOICE 1000 AM)/ROBERTSDALE, AL to NOAH BRITT's TRI CITY RADIO GROUP, LLC for $65,000. The buyer has flipped the station to Sports as THE GAME under a time brokerage agreement.
In other filings with the FCC, EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is swapping W294BT/KILLEARN, FL and W222CA/SAGINAW, MI to EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. for affiliated RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY's K243BP/CASA GRANDE, AZ.
HE'S ALIVE INCORPORATED is selling W254AV/KITTANNING. PA to FAMILY LIFE MINISTRIES, INC for $15,000.
J. RAMON RUVALCABA is transferring W293AZ/ELKHART, IN to LAUREL A. VILLANUEVA for no consideration.

In a deal yet to appear in the FCC database, IDAHO WIRELESS CORP. is buying Sports KSEI-A and Classic Rock KMGI (CLASSIC ROCK 102.5)/POCATELLO, ID from PACIFIC EMPIRE RADIO CORP. for an undisclosed price, according to the IDAHO STATE JOURNAL.
And the MONTREAL GAZETTE's STEVE FAGUY is reporting that EVANOV RADIO is buying all shares in CFMB LTD., licensee of Ethnic CFMB-A/MONTREAL, for C$1.125 million.
