The CUMULUS MEDIA/NEW YORK is partnering with CITY HARVEST and THE DAILY NEWS FOOD DRIVE to encourage New Yorkers to donate non-perishable items at various locations during the holiday season for those in need. RADIO 103.9 personality TOM JOYNER kicked off the station's Food Challenge at FAIRWAY MARKETS last week. Today, RADIO 103.9 afternoon host JASMINE SANDERS of the DL hUGHLEY sHOW will continue the challenge at FAIRWAY in HARLEM from 11a-1p.
JASMINE will be on-site today encouraging all shoppers to pick up an extra few items to donate for the food drive. RADIO 103.9 will also be offering a variety of tickets to win to thank those for stopping by.
All sister stations at CUMULUS/NEW YORK (95.5 WPLJ, NASH FM 94.7, 77 WABC) will be active out in the communities at various locations over the next month to participate in the DAILY NEWS FOOD DRIVE.
