Radio Disney Sells WQEW/New York To Family Stations For $12.95 Million

The sale of WQEW-A/NEW YORK by RADIO DISNEY to FAMILY STATIONS, INC. is on file with the FCC now, and it shows the price as $12.95 million. The deal gives the late HAROLD CAMPING's ministry, which sold its longtime NEW YORK affiliate, crosstown WFME/NEWARK (now Country WNSH-F (NASH FM)), to CUMULUS and moved the WFME calls to 106.3 FM in MOUNT KISCO, NY (suburban WESTCHESTER).
In other deals filed at the FCC, TOP O TEXAS EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING FOUNDATION is selling noncommercial Religion KYEH/LIBERAL, KS to LIBERTAD EN CRISTO MINISTRIES for $15,000.
COASTLANDS RADIO, INC. is selling KSGR/PORTLAND, TX to CALVARY CHAPEL OF THE COASTLANDS, INC. The contract for sale does not appear in the database.
