CUMULUS/ATLANTA has launched Classic Hip-Hop OG 97.9. OG 97.9. It's throwback hip-hop featuring DR.DRE, MISSY ELLIOT, NOTORIOUS B.I.G., JAY Z, LUDACRIS, SNOOP DOGG and LL COOL J. The station, WWWQ-HD 3, is on a translator at 97.9. It replaces Q100-20.
CUMULUS ATLANTA OM ROB ROBERTS commented, "This is an exciting day for ATLANTA radio. We are bringing a format that hasn't been available and we're thrilled to be the home of Classic Hip-Hop."
