BONO won't be there, but that won't stop U2's THE EDGE, ADAM CLAYTON and LARRY MULLEN, JR., fresh from having ROLLING STONE call "Songs of Innocence" its number one album of 2015, from playing live at TIMES SQUARE today to mark WORLD AIDS DAY.
To thank AMERICA for all it's done in the fight against AIDS, BANK OF AMERICA presents A (RED) THANK YOU, a special live performance from TIMES SQUARE featuring U2, with CHRIS MARTIN, CARRIE UNDERWOOD, KANYE WEST and BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN sitting in for the injured U2 singer at 7:30p (ET) tonight.
The live audio broadcast via Satellite (Transponder Details: GALAXY 17, TR 18K) is open to anyone that wishes to carry it. The performance will also be streaming tonight at red.org/YouTube as well. Help spread the word using hashtag #onestep4RED
The broadcast manager for the event is TIM KUBIT. Reach him at timkubit3@gmail.com for more information.
