CUMULUS/NASHVILLE, which includes Country WKDF (NASH FM 103.3) and WSM-F (95.5 NASH ICON), will host the "7TH ANNUAL TOY FIELD" on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 9th at LP FIELD from 6a-7p (CT). All toys collected will benefit THE SALVATION ARMY FORGOTTEN ANGEL PROGRAM.
MIDDLE TENNESSEE listeners and client partners who participate will help fulfill the dreams of many “forgotten children” this holiday season. This holiday, THE SALVATION ARMY will reach over 9,000 “angels” – less fortunate children and elderly. According to THE SALVATION ARMY NASHVILLE Area Command MAJOR ED LEE, several hundreds of those “angels” will not be adopted. To ensure each child has a special CHRISTMAS, the FORGOTTEN ANGEL shop will provide gifts.
“Thousands of toys have been donated throughout the years and we hope to see the same enthusiasm this year," said LEE. "We would not be able to provide for all these children without the support of CUMULUS BROADCASTING and our community."
