AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA Reg. Mexican KEBT (LA CALIENTE 96.9)/BAKERSFIELD names ERIK MORENO PD.  MORENO, a MCALLEN, TX native, has spent the last seven years with KVIB/PHOENIX as an on-air personality, Imaging Director and MD.
