NORTH TEXAS RADIO GROUP, L.P. is selling currently silent KOME-F/MERIDIAN, TX to CHISHOLM TRAIL COMMUNICATIONS LLC for $130,000 ($15,000 down, $115,000 in a five year promissory note paid in equal installments).
In other filings with the FCC, ST. FRANCIS HIGH SCHOOL OF MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA, INC. is selling noncommercial KSFH/MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA to MOUNTAIN VIEW PUBLIC BROADCASTING for $20,000. KSFH is one of only two licensed FM radio stations at 87.9 FM (the other is a translator in NEVADA).
BRUCE H. LINDER has closed on the sale of SPRINGFIELD RADIO, INC., licensee of Classic Hits KNSG (CLASSIC HITS 94.7)/SPRINGFIELD, MN to KMHL BROADCASTING CO., a wholly-owned subsidiary of MINNESOTA VALLEY BROADCASTING CO., for $55,000. BRUCE LINDER is the brother of the buyer's principal JOHN LINDER; the buyer operates KNSG as part of its MARSHALL, MN cluster.
DAVID M. STOUT has closed on the sale of the construction permit for K244FA/MASON CITY, IA to DIGITY 3E LICENSE, LLC for $25,000. The translator will rebroadcast Adult Standards KRIB-A/MASON CITY.
And COMMUNITY PUBLIC RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of W248BV/CUMMING, GA (suburban ATLANTA) to CLEAR CHANNEL's CC LICENSES, LLC for $110,000.
Also, the Commission canceled the construction permit for KBLT/BIG LAKE, TX at the request of the licensee, PANTHER COMMUNICATIONS LLC.
Low power FM construction permits have been granted to:

- COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT CENTER OF GRAND RAPIDS, GRAND RAPIDS, MI
And the license for low power FM WNYP-LP/RIPLEY, NY was cancelled and the call sign deleted at the request of licensee NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY AUTHORITY.
