And after ENTERCOM replied to the appeal by ED STOLZ, through the estate of his late wife IRENE, of the grant of the license renewals for News-Talk WRKO-A, Sports WEEI-A (ESPN 850), Sports WEEI-F, and Active Rock WAAF/BOSTON, STOLZ has filed a reply stressing that the fatal 2007 KDND/SACRAMENTO "Hold Your Wee For A Wii" contest is grounds for denying the renewals. ENTERCOM's reply said that STOLZ' objection is untimely and barred on procedural grounds and the relief sought is contrary to Commission rules. STOLZ has been battling ENTERCOM since the parties' dispute over STOLZ' sale of KWOD (now KBZC)/SACRAMENTO to ENTERCOM and the subsequent lawsuit by ENTERCOM when STOLZ allegedly tried to back out of the deal.
