Dividend
The board of directors of NEWCAP (NEWFOUNDLAND CAPITAL CORPORATION LTD.) has declared a dividend of C$0.09 per share on each of its Class A Subordinate Voting and Class B Common shares.
The dividend is payable on JANUARY 30, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on DECEMBER 31, 2014.
