Radio One's Jay Rio Segues To KROI Houston From WHHH Indianapolis

RADIO ONE veteran JAY RIO heads from PM Drive/Imaging Director at Rhythmic WHHH (HOT 96.3)/INDIANAPOLIS to PM Drive/Production Director at the company's new Classic HIp-Hop KROI (BOOM 92)/HOUSTON, according to BLAINE THOMPSON's INDIANA RADIO WATCH.

QUEENS native RIO announced the move on his FACEBOOK page. "After 14 years of being away, I'm back in #HTOWN, God's plan has brought me back to the place where I was raised."  RIO graduated the UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON with a degree in radio and television in 1993.
