  CBS RADIO News-Talk KNX-A/LOS ANGELES collected toys for the annual "CHiPS For Kids" toy drive at MIMI'S CAFE in CERRITOS FRIDAY (12/12).
  
  The station broadcast live from the restaurant for the event, which was held in conjunction with sister CBS O&O KCBS-TV (CBS 2) and independent KCAL-TV (KCAL 9)/LOS ANGELES. The toys will be distributed to needy children by the CAIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL.
