Bryan Younce Upped To SVP Of Video And Content Production At Columbia Records

COLUMBIA RECORDS has upped VP of Video and Content Production BRYAN YOUNCE to SVP of Video and Content Production, reporting to VP/GM JOEL KLAIMAN. YOUNCE joined the label in 2007 from SHOWTIME NETWORKS.
KLAIMAN said, "BRYAN's keen grasp of the changing video landscape and sensitivity to our artists' vision has made him an invaluable asset to COLUMBIA. His unique ability to cultivate new director talent and skillfully navigate the COLUMBIA artist community has earned him the respect of all his peers. The entire company joins me in congratulating BRYAN on this promotion."
YOUNCE said, “I want to thank JOEL KLAIMAN, ASHLEY NEWTON and ROB STRINGER for their continued support and belief in our department. I’m fortunate to be guided by three of the best executives in the business; ROB, JOEL, and ASHLEY have created a brave and intelligent landscape in which our artists can push boundaries and express their talent to the fullest. Getting to explore this amazing medium in such a unique arena has been a dream come-true for me. YOUNCE has supervised videos and visual content for artists like MGMT, ADELE, BEYONCÉ, BOB DYLAN, DAVID BOWIE, PHARRELL WILLIAMS, JOHN LEGEND, NINE INCH NAILS, EARL SWEATSHIRT, MAXWELL, JOHN MAYER, TENACIOUS D, and others since joining the label; he has been nominated for a Grammy for his work on the video for DJ SNAKE & LIL JON’s “Turn Down For What.”
