CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, LONG BEACH RESEARCH FOUNDATION is selling noncommercial Silent KJZD/PERRIS, CA to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $50,000.

In other filings with the FCC, PUBLIC TELEVISION 19, INC. is selling K285ER/OSAGE BEACH, MO to VIPER COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $30,000.  The station will rebroadcast News-Talk KRMS-A/OSAGE BEACH.

HRN BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of Classic Country WLON-A/LINCOLNTON, NC and WCSL-A/CHERRYVILLE, NC (HOMETOWN RADIO NETWORK) to KTC BROADCASTING, INC. for $240,000.

And GULF COAST BROADCASTING CO., INC. has closed on the sale of Classic Country WBZR-F/ATMORE, AL to TRI-COUNTY BROADCASTING INC. for $130,000.
