ABC Sports WEPN-A (1050 ESPN)/NEW YORK moves anchor and midday "STEPHEN A. SMITH SHOW" co-host BRANDON TIERNEY to his own 7-10p weeknight show. The new show bumps PREMIERE's JIM ROME to 10p-1a; MAX KELLERMAN exits the schedule.
