Rebecca Kaplan Joins KSCS & KPLX As Promo Director

CUMULUS/DALLAS adds REBECCA KAPLAN as Promotions Director for Country KSCS and KPLX. KAPLAN moves to DALLAS/FORT WORTH from iHEARTMEDIA/TAMPA, where she was Promotions Director.
