QC Sells Wilmington-Area Combo To Delmarva

In a deal yet to appear in the FCC database, QC COMMUNICATIONS INC. is selling Urban AC WJKS (KISS 101.7)/CANTON, NJ-WILMINGTON, DE and Religion WFAI-A (FAITH 1510)/SALEM, NJ to DELMARVA BROADCASTING CO. for $3.25 million.  LARRY PATRICK of PATRICK COMMUNICATIONS served as exclusive broker for the deal.

In filings with the FCC, WITHERS FAMILY TEXAS HOLDINGS, LP is selling Alternative KYRK (100.5 THE SHARK)/TAFT-CORPUS CHRISTI, TX to BOGEY BROADCASTING, LLC for $1.284 million ($34,000 from an earnest money deposit, $600,000 down, $650,000 in a Seller-financed promissory note).  The buyer has operated the station under an LMA since 2011.

ACCESS.1 TEXAS LICENSE COMPANY, LLC is selling Sports KCUL-A/MARSHALL, TX to SCOTTIE GENE RICE's RCA BROADCASTING LLC for $25,000.

THE ASSOCIATION FOR COMMUNITY EDUCATION, INC. is selling Spanish Religion KQGC (RADIO NUEVA VIDA)/BELEN, NM to CARLOS ARANA MINISTRIES for $50,000. The ASSOCIATION is also selling K213CR/KING CITY, CA to ARANA for $1.

REVIVAL CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES, INC. is selling W252AV/MERIDEN, CT and W283BW/NEW LONDON, CT to CO-CHANNEL COMMUNICATIONS LLC for $450,000.

CSN INTERNATIONAL is selling W293CO/TALLAHASSEE, FL to EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. for $25,000.

LIGHT OF LIFE MINISTRIES, INC. has requested a Silent STA for WMDR-F/OAKLAND, ME due to its tower collapsing in high winds and severe icing.  The licensee has also filed for a Silent STA for W234CG/BRUNSWICK, ME while its antenna is being used as an emergency backup for WMDR, and for W233BE/RICHMOND CENTER, ME while its exciter is being used for WMEY/BOWDOIN, ME.

CHICAGO PUBLIC MEDIA, INC. has asked for an extension of its Silent STA for W219CD/ELGIN, IL while it arranges an IP-based STL for its new programming.
