New Vermont LPFM- This Time, It's Legal

BRATTLEBORO, VT gets its own low power noncommercial FM station, but this time it's legal, as FCC-licensed WVEW-LP debuts with an eclectic music format and a lineup of local music and talk shows planned for the coming weeks. The station is operated by VERMONT EARTH WORKS at 107.7 FM and is the effective replacement for long-running pirate RADIO FREE BRATTLEBORO, which was shut down by the FCC last year.
