JABLAMO LICENSE HOLDINGS, LLC is selling seven GAINESVILLE-OCALA, FL stations back to its parent PAMAL BROADCASTING's 6 JOHNSON ROAD LICENSES, INC. for $8.5 million. The JABLAMO stations are owned by the childrstations being transferred include Alternative WHHZ (100.5 THE BUZZ), Country simulcast WDVH-A-F (COUNTRY LEGENDS), WDVH-A, Urban WTMG (MAGIC 101.3), Hot AC WKZY, Adult Standards WRZN-A (SUNNY 720), and Gospel WTMN-A. The deal, being made for estate planning reasons, will result in PAMAL owning and directly operating seven stations while JABLAMO will own and directly operate two others which it will sell- Oldies WRGO (FUN 102.7) and Country WYNY-A/CROSS CITY (simulcast of WDVH-A-F).
