VINCENT SHIFLET is selling K229AD/YAKIMA, WA, to BUSTOS MEDIA HOLDINGS, LLC for $25,000 plus an LMA before closing at a rate of $1 per month. The translator will rebroadcast Regional Mexican KDYK-A (LA GRAN D)/UNION GAP-YAKIMA.
In other filings at the FCC, ALCHEMY II BROADCASTING, LLC is transferring Oldies WDJO-A/CINCINNATI to MUSTANG MEDIA, INC. in a deal prompted by a default by the original members of ALCHEMY II. MUSTANG MEDIA, owned by ALCHEMY member ROBERT T. NOLAN, purchased the debt due AMERICAN BROADCASTING, LLC by ALCHEMY for $475,000 and a junior lien held by W. EMERSON RHODES for $37.500; the other ALCHEMY partners gave NOLAN their shares in return for release from liability, and NOLAN is transferring the station assets to his MUSTANG MEDIA for an official consideration of $1.
FAMILY LIFE BROADCASTING SYSTEM has requested a Silent STA for W236AV/ KALAMAZOO, MI, while it moves to a new site.
And LOST COAST COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for K282AD/EUREKA, CA in anticipation of a site move.
Also, the license of OREGON NORTH STAR RADIO NETWORK, LLC for Silent KBDF/DIAMOND LAKE, OR has been cancelled for failure to respond to the Commission's warning letter to show that the station resumed operations by the OCTOBER 11, 2014 deadline.
