DTS' Play-Fi Adds Songza

Music streaming service SONGZA is now available on high-definition audio company DTS' PLAY-FI apps for ANDROID and iOS. The service's subscribers will have access to tailored PLAY-FI-curated playlists.

PLAY-FI streams music over an existing Wi-Fi network and connected speaker brands such as POLK AUDIO, DEFINITIVE TECHNOLOGY, PHORUS and WREN.

Music can be played through the PLAY-FI app from smartphones and tablets or via PLAY-FI drivers on desktop PCs. The PLAY-FI ecosystem updates automatically, giving listeners access to the latest content service providers, now including SONGZA.

"With its huge installed base and expertly curated playlists, SONGZA is a wonderful addition to the PLAY-FI ecosystem," said DTS PLAY-FI Division GM DANNIE LAU. "Through this unique collaboration, we are also able to introduce many SONGZA subscribers to the PLAY-FI whole home audio experience."
