WQNQ Names Amanda Leatherman APD/Mornings Co-Host

iHEARTMEDIA Top 40 WQNQ (STAR 104.3)/ASHEVILLE, NC, has named AMANDA LEATHERMAN APD/morning show co-host, effective beginning JANUARY 5th. She'll join PD JOSH MICHAEL in wakeups.

Most recently, LEATHERMAN held TV gigs for networks including ESPN and FOX SPORTS as a host for numerous poker tours throughout the country. "I am beyond excited and honored to be chosen to co-host a top morning show and have the opportunity to entertain my new ASHEVILLE neighbors everyday," LEATHERMAN said .   

"There was instant chemistry when AMANDA and I met and recorded mock shows in the studio," MICHAEL said. "AMANDA’s raw talent, combined with the experience she’s gained in the national TV scene, will help bring STAR 104.3’s morning show to the next level."
