ALPHA MEDIA/RICHMOND, VA, has added DAVE BANDAS as Dir./ New Business Development. BANDAS previously spent 13 years with CLEAR CHANNEL and iHEARTMEDIA; he also worked at the ABC-TV affiliate in RICHMOND.
