Belcher Exits WTMJ-WKTI/Milwaukee

JOURNAL Talk WTMJ-a and Hot AC WKTI/MILWAUKEE VP of Operations RICK BELCHER has exited the station. The MILWAUKEE BUSINESS JOURNAL reports that BELCHER's VP position has been eliminated and the company is seeking to replace BELCHER as PD of WTMJ, another part of his duties.   BELCHER had been promoted to a senior programming position withJOURNAL in JANUARY.

The paper also reports that traffic reporter TOM CARR has left WTMJ as well to reolcate to SAN ANTONIO.
