AGM Flipping KBOM/Santa Fe

AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA (AGM) is flipping Talk KBOM/SANTA FE, NM (which is a simulcast with sister KAGM/ALBUQUERQUE. the latter of which is not flipping) to a listener-voted station. The station is current soliciting listeners to vote on the new format at www.votefor947.com; the new format and new name (the station will also award a $500 cash prize to the person who suggests the eventual name) will be announced in SEPTEMBER. Though listeners are encouraged to vote for the name of the station, AGM will continue to use KBOM-FM as the station’s call letters.
