BBC Sets Second John Peel Day

BBC RADIO 1 has announced a second JOHN PEEL DAY, scheduled for OCTOBER 12, the second anniversary of PEEL's last broadcast. Last year's event included over 500 concert events across the UK and around the world to honor the late legendary DJ's legacy, and this year's is expected to follow suit, with RADIO 1's own event to be held in LONDON in OCTOBER on a date to be announced within the station's "ELECTRIC PROMS" OCTOBER 25-29 at the refurbished ROUNDHOUSE in CAMDEN.
