Longtime radio vet MICHAEL HUGHES is planning on swimming in the CHESAPEAKE BAY as part of The 19th Annual MSP POLAR BEAR PLUNGE on SATURDAY, JANUARY 24th. It will be his eighth year of plunging, for donations to the SPECIAL OLYMPICS/MARYLAND athletes in honor of his AUNT MARILYN.

The upcoming weather report predicts snow and 33 degrees with water temp at 34. HUGHES' donation goal is $5,000 -- and he's almost halfway there. You can help out by donating here.
