WINS/NY Picks 25 "Tomorrow's Newsmakers" Finalists

CBS News WINS-A/NEW YORK has selected the 25 finalists in its "TOM ORROW'S NEWSMAKERS" program highlighting the next generation of newsmakers in arts and entertainment, sports, business and public service as well as in a special "students" category for high schoolers aspiring to journalism careers. Five finalists have been selected in each category and will be profiled in a series of features on the air and online beginning SEPTEMBER 4. Winners will be selected by a panel of notables, with a ceremony to honoe the winners scheduled for OCTOBER 10 at NEW YORK's STRATA restaurant.
