ALL ACCESS hears that RADIO-ONE Urban AC KKBT (100.3 THE BEAT)/LOS ANGELES is this close to naming a PD. The name we hear is URBAN BUZZ Pres. & CEO KEVIN FLEMMING. KEVIN formerly programmed KACE and is obviously familiar with the syndicated TOM JOYNER MORNING SHOW, which is currently in place.
