ALL ACCESS sends good thoughts to longtime ATLANTIC RECORDS SVP/Alternative & Rock Promotion RON POORE, who suffered a stroke this past weekend.  We send our best wishes for a speedy recovery.  

MATT POLLACK from MONOTONE is at the hospital with his good buddy.  POLLACK said, "I just wanted to let you know that your letters/e-mails to RON are in the process of being read to him one by one, as well as the thoughts of every person who has reached out in any way. The support of all of you has had such an indelible impact and emotional uplift that is hard to articulate. You don't need to speak what I know he feels, which is that he sends his love back to each and everyone of you.

"He is so blessed and lucky to have so many who care. Just speaks volumes of my best friend. We are all just a bit luckier and happier in our lives because he is here ... and here he will remain! To that note, RON is making unbelievable progress in such a short period of time. Not a surprise when you know the guy that he is. This is truly significant. From the time he was hospitalized to where he is now, is nearly night and day. It will be a bit more of a journey, but it won't be a long journey until he gets to where he needs to be ... and that's back to all of us.

"So in the meanwhile -- go play his records, work his records or whatever you can do to benefit him. He insists on using this guilt to his greatest advantage!"
