Univision Extends Pres./CEO Randy Falco's Contract

UNIVISION COMMUNICATIONS INC. has given Pres./CEO RANDY FALCO a contract extension that will keep him in his position through JANUARY 2018.  FALCO joined the company in 2011; he previously served as Chairman/CEO at AOL and various management positions at NBC, including President of the NUC UNIVERSAL TELEVISION NETWORK GROUP.
