ABC RADIO/LOS ANGELES’ “OPERATION: GET YOUR KIT TOGETHER” 65-hour radiothon last weekend raised more than $310,000 in donations and provided thousands of Survival Kits to listeners, customized with items including food and water rations, first aid supplies, tools, flashlights, AM/FM radios and more. The money will benefit local relief and disaster agencies.
