FOX NEWS RADIO ups WASHINGTON bureau reporter/producer CHRIS BARNES to Writer/Anchor, adding anchoring duties for SATURDAY 11p-SUNDAY 6a and SUNDAY 11p-MONDAY 6a ET. BARNES, whose experience includes anchoring on XM SATELLITE RADIO's Instant Traffic and Weather channels, serving as News Dir. at BOCH's WXTK-WCOD-WWKJ-WYST/CAPE COD, and handling OM duties at MAKKAY's WPXC-WRZE-WCIB/CAPE COD, will continue to be based in WASHINGTON.
