iHEARTMEDIA has named the company's Hispanic Digital Brand Coordinator RICARDO "GONZO" OTERO as OM for the LA PRECIOSA NETWORK and PD at Spanish Adult Hits KFSO (LA PRECIOSA 92.9)/FRESNO.
