Eisner Quits Disney Board Early

As previously noted on ALL ACCESS, last FRIDAY was MICHAEL EISNER's last day as CEO at the WALT DISNEY CO., and according to the company's SEC filing last week he has also officially resigned form DISNEY's board of directors. His resignation from the board had been expected for sometime in SPRING 2006.

Also according to the SEC filing, new CEO BOB IGER's contract is a five year deal for $2 million a year plus annual bonuses of $7.25 million or more and additional incentives.
