E-STRING WIRELESS, LTD is selling the construction permit for K295CF/WATERLOO, IA to NRG MEDIA's NRG LICENSE SUB, LLC for $50,635. The translator will rebroadcast Sports KWLO-A (1330 ESPN RADIO)/WATERLOO.

In other filings with the FCC, CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. has requested a Silent STA for KWYC/CHEYENNE, WY while it replaces its transmitter.

EASTERN TOWER CORP. has applied to extend its Silent STA for WEER/MONTAUK, NY while it looks for a new transmitter site.

GRADY MOATES has filed for an extension of his Silent STA for W251BM/BLOXHAM, FL while a failed transmitter is replaced.

W. GRANT HAFLEY has closed on the sale of AC WBNV/BARNESVILLE, OH-WHEELING, WV and Country WWKC (KC105)/CALDWELL, OH to JOEL LOSEGO's AVC COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $1,136,398.55.
