FreQ Media Launches Heartland, New Positive Country Channel

FREQAZOID.com, home of FREQ MEDIA, launches its seventh music channel, HEARTLAND. The all new positive 24/7 Country station will super serve the Country music fan looking for a more inspirational slant.

HEARTLAND features fan-favorite mainstream artists like CARRIE UNDERWOOD, RASCAL FLATTS, TIM MCGRAW, AND KEITH URBAN, while also playing Christian artists MAC POWELL (of THIRD DAY), RED ROOTS, BRANDON HEATH and many others. HEARTLAND is the brainchild of FREQ MEDIA GM and former RADIO & RECORDS/BILLBOARD Christian editor RICK WELKE.

As WELKE explains, "In launching this particular music channel, we believe HEARTLAND will be a hit. FREQ MEDIA's goal is to offer up a platform for the best music by artists that fit each genre- specific outlet to music fans the world over. A few of our staff are diehard Country fans, so when the opportunity came up to bring a new Country channel to life they were extremely excited and heavily involved in the process.

The organization has also partnered with many Christian festivals around the USA in
offering up festival-specific audio programming for their attendees, including CREATION, SONSHINE, UNITY FEST and AUDIO FEED.
