Univision CFO Andy Hobson Exits

UNIVISION COMMUNICATIONS Senior EVP/CFO ANDY HOBSON has exited the company.  EVP Finance/Chief Accounting Officer PETER H. LORI will serve as Interim CFO and HOBSON will assist in the transition, the company announced in a press release.

Pres./CEO RANDY FALCO said, “We thank ANDY for his numerous contributions to the Company over many years. I am pleased that we have a first-class financial team in place and I am confident UNIVISION is in a strong position, financially and operationally, and has a great future ahead.”
