Report: Johnny B. Close To Loop Deal

Is a deal close to bring JONATHON BRANDMEIER back to WLUP/CHICAGO? The CHICAGO SUN-TIMES' ROBERT FEDER reports that BRANDMEIER is expected to ink the deal with an official announcement as early as MONDAY (10/10) and the launch of his new show on OCTOBER 27. LOOP VP/GM MARV NYREN tells FEDER that "(e)very day that goes by we're more and more excited about the possibility of JOHNNY B. coming back to the LOOP. Given all the changes going on in the market, we couldn't be happier with the timing."
