CHUM LTD. AC CIDR (93.9 FM)/WINDSOR-DETROIT has flipped back to the AAA format and "THE RIVER" slogan it dropped in 1999. The station flipped at 3p FRIDAY (9/1) in the middle of playing the ALL AMERICAN REJECTS' "MOVE ALONG" with the sound of water follwed by a promo and the beginning of a weekend-long stunt in which clips of over 7.000 songs will be played commercial-free. MURRAY BROOKSHAW remains OD of THE RIVER and sister Alternative CIMX (89X), while 89X weekender PHAT MATT has moved to THE RIVER as APD/afternoons.
