QUEEN CITIES BROADCASTING is selling Classic Hits KMCQ/SEATTLE-TACOMA to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for an undisclosed price.  The deal has yet to appear in the FCC database.  KMCQ moved into the SEATTLE market from THE DALLES, OR in 2008-09.  KALIL AND CO. served as exclusive broker for the deal.

In filings with the FCC, LIFE ON THE WAY COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling W217BB/HICKORY POINT, IL to WEST CENTRAL MICHIGAN MEDIA MINISTRIES for $50,000.  LIFE ON THE WAY is also selling K215CV/GUYMON, OK to CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES OF THE VALLEY, INC. for $20,000.

CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. has filed for a Silent STA for K272DV/MOUNTAIN HOME, ID due to technical problems and weather-related inability to reach the transmitter site.

CULTURAL ENERGY has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KCEI/RED RIVER, NM while it moves to new facilities.

TED TUCKER's COCHISE MEDIA LICENSES LLC has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for KRMK/LAS VEGAS, NM while it builds new facilities.

WVRM, INC. has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for WVRM/HAZLET, NJ due to "signal delivery issues."

Receiver JOHN M. Low power FM construction permits were granted to CRESCENT CITY CHRISTIAN SCHOOL at METAIRIE, LA and ESCUELA RADIAL JS at SAN ANTONIO, TX.

Also, the Commission cancelled the license of EKO MEDIA GROUP, INC for W252CH/DOVER, DE due to silence for over one year and failure to apply for a license renewal.
