WGBH/Boston Morning Host Steps Down

The BOSTON HERALD reports that longtime noncommercial Classical WGBH/BOSTON morning host RON DELLA CHIESA is exiting the station's morning show, to be replaced by MONDAY and FRIDAY morning host CATHY FULLER. DELLA CHIESA, who joined WGBH's operations as an announcer for the TV side in 1966 and moved to radio three years later, remains on board as the voice of the station's BOSTON SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA concerts.
