SOUTH ATLANTA BROADCASTING, INC. (SAINTS INC.) sells Gospel WSSA-A (1570 THE LIGHT)/MORROW-ATLANTA, GA to SHERIDAN BROADCASTING CO./WIGOCO's MCL/MCM GEORGIA, LLC for $1.75 million. SHERIDAN is exercising an option granted to LMA station programmer RITMO LATINO and assigned to it in a 2004 letter agreement.
