SPIN 1038/DUBLIN, IRELAND wins a new 10 year regional license to serve the SOUTH-WEST area of the country. The station will likely launch in the new area in JUNE 2007 with separate programming from the DUBLIN station for the new facility. SPIN 1038 beat out one competitor, RED FM SOUTH WEST, for the license.
